San Mateo Downtown Office

Personal Philosophy: We are here to help you get what you want. It's all about you, your family and your home buying and selling needs. We take the extra time to understand your goals, your values and really listen to what's important to you.  Only after we listen carefully, then and only then, we will combine our skills and experience with your dreams, goals and values, creating a unique strategy that will turn you into confident, savvy and successful home buyers and sellers.

Business Philosophy: Our business is a referral based business. This means our brokerage fee is only part of our compensation. The other part of our compensation and the lifeblood of our professional success, are your introductions to friends, family and people you care about in life. We realize earning your trust by exceeding your expectations and always representing your interest above ours is the only way we have the opportunity to be introduced to people who matter to you.

Your Team: Willoughby and Alan met in 1986 by chance. Over the years of marriage we've developed a bond of friendship, love, trust and shared work ethic. Continual communication and understanding blended with a desire to truly uplift each other helps us to emphasize our strengths and accept our differences,  while working together to achieve our personal and professional goals.

We bring the same philosophy of teamwork and goal achievement to our clients. Selling or buying real estate is a competitive process. What we offer  are; the tools, knowladge and leadership necessary to empower you, to create confidence and dominate the market segment you compete in.
